I recently visited Chai Green for dessert, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The desserts were delicious—beautifully presented, rich in flavor, and the perfect sweet treat. Every bite was a delight! What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Our waiter Hamza was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. They checked in on us regularly, ensuring we had everything we needed and were happy with our experience. Their kindness and professionalism really made our visit special. If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy delicious desserts with top-tier service, Chai Green is the place to go. I’ll definitely be returning!
Lovely place with a nice atmosphere, great for catching up with friends or relaxing. I tried the chai, and while it was decent, it wasn’t the best I’ve had — could’ve been a bit stronger in flavour. The service was quite slow, which took away from the overall experience a bit. Still, a nice spot, but there’s room to improve on both taste and service.
We've come here a few times and it's always lovely! Food is great and staff is so nice! We accidentally made a mess at our table with a cup of bubble tea, but everyone was so kind and kept checking to make sure we had what we needed. Special thanks to Maleeha, Waleed, Mary, and Amina for taking care of us! :)
We came in today for some lunch and it was absolutely delicious! Better food than I’ve had at some restaurants- I’d highly recommend the Karachi pasta and the loaded fries, it was a great combination. The samosa chaat was also tasty- overall a lovely ambience and great service- 5* and we will be visiting again.
Food was absolutely fantastic. Really nice presentation, it’s a shame they’re not based in Manchester as I’d go again in a heartbeat. The only thing they could work on was waiting time.
Nice atmosphere to enjoy a cup of tea. We came from London to visit Alum rock road and saw this place and the experience was incredible and the customer service from the lady on the floor was fantastic.
10/10 service the asian male with a goatee should get a raise he was very welcoming and respectful not just to me but to every customer and notably and elderly man who entered the store. Also to the young black lady who was always smiling, overall the atmosphere is lovely and the staff there are all lovely.
Food was really tasty here and the tea was perfect. Amna was friendly, attentive and made us feel genuinely welcome. Thank you for the great service!
